We’re building a marketplace where anyone can host or join simple, meaningful experiences.
To keep the community safe, respectful, and fun for everyone, we ask all hosts and guests to follow these guidelines.
These standards apply to every experience on the platform.
1. Respect & Conduct
Be kind, patient, and considerate.
No harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior.
No unwanted physical contact or inappropriate behavior.
All users must follow any applicable laws or regulations during an experience.
2. Host Responsibilities
Your activities must be:
Low-risk
Legal
Appropriate for small groups
Suitable for the location you choose
If your experience involves physical activity, food, or tools, explain any risks clearly in the description.
Choose safe meeting locations
Hosts may use:
Their home
Public spaces
Parks
Shops/malls
Cafés (without disrupting business)
Walking routes
Other well-lit, accessible areas
Avoid isolated, unsafe, or restricted locations.
Hosts should arrive early, communicate clearly, and ensure the experience runs smoothly.
Your listing must reflect what guests should expect:
Location
Duration
Activities
What to bring
Any physical requirements
3. Guest Responsibilities
Arrive at the correct meeting point and respect the host’s schedule.
This ensures the experience is safe and enjoyable for everyone.
Treat the host, other guests, and the environment with care.
4. Identity & Verification
To keep experiences safe, we may ask users to:
Verify their identity
Add a profile photo
Confirm contact information
We may restrict or remove accounts that do not meet verification requirements.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following are not allowed on the platform:
Illegal or high-risk activities
Weapons or weapon-adjacent items
Drug use or distribution
Dangerous physical challenges
Sexual, explicit, or adult content
Activities requiring professional licenses (unless you have them)
Multi-level marketing or deceptive schemes
Hate-based or discriminatory experiences
We also prohibit any activity that could reasonably endanger hosts or guests.
6. Safety During Experiences
If something feels unsafe:
Leave the experience
Contact support
Report the user or listing
Call local emergency services immediately if needed. Afterwards, notify us so we can support you.
7. Communication & Support
All communication should stay on the platform.
If plans change:
Hosts should notify guests as early as possible
Guests should update hosts if they’re running late
For safety concerns, contact support at any time.
8. Reviews & Accountability
After each experience:
Guests can leave honest reviews
Hosts can review guests
Repeated low ratings may result in suspension or removal
Reviews help keep the community accountable and transparent.
9. Violations
We may suspend or remove hosts or guests who:
Violate safety rules
Receive serious complaints
Engage in harmful or illegal behavior
Endanger others
Misuse the platform
We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect the community.
